My own personal miracle! I healed myself!‏ ★

I have some very exciting news to share by way of inspiration….. Just under 2 years ago I was diagnosed with Menieres Dis…ease (I knew at the time why I had manifested this and knew I could heal) one of the effects in addition to vertigo is hearing loss – my ears were tested and showed lower level loss which the docs said would only get worse…. Of course I knew different in my heart and soul. I knew all was and would be well. I understand why this contrast manifested and knew I could “clear it up” and be well.

This week just gone I plucked up the courage to go back – I have had some BIG contrastual moments with this dis…ease knocking me for 6 over the last few months so I have been forced – via these universal bitch slaps – to get my vibrational duster out and clean up my vibes when it comes to my health and wellness…. I can honestly say I am in appreciation for everything unfolding as it did even the really BAD bits when it knocked me off my feet and sent me into a right old spin (Literally).

So… my news….. My tests showed my hearing as normal! The docs were stunned – jaws hit the floor and I said its a miracle! It took a while to sink in and then a little negative monkey mind chatter to clear up about it being a fluke and maybe it would go “bad” again then I realized all I have to do is keep flowing love to the situation. I am in total appreciation and know I am getting better and better ~ weller and weller ))))

Anything is possible when we believe it is ~ We are creating our own reality and we can choose to create that reality whichever way we want. I hope I can shine a light for you too by sharing my story. A few people say to me “Your life must be perfect Liz!” My response – “NaH! Whats perfect!?!?” its about loving the life you have and changing the way you look at things seeing everything as a gift and an opportunity to grow and gain clarity….

HIGH on Life to LOWer Than a LOW Thing thats really really LOW…..? Its ALL Ok…..

I trust you woke up feeling the lightness and brightness today…..?

Now……. I have to share something here with you today and its important for me to do this.  Some contrast will come out I can promise you this message is shared from my heart from well and truly in my positive VoRteX of Life –  I have to get it this “out” and release as well as to help and inspire you along your life journey too…..

Since my return from PERU I have been feeling very very HIGH on Life, alongside this I have also experienced LOWs like none before.  I have felt like I can flick a switch between the two from almost instantaneous HIGH yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Love Love LOving Life on top of the world ViBe to the polar opposite.  I’ll be honest its taken me time to wrap my head around this and start to feel balance again.

Phew!  I certainly am very happy and very grateful I am starting to feel that balance again thanks to lots of like minded life travelers I have manifested into my life over this last few weeks.  It started with the EXtreme LOA summit last Monday with Lore & Cecily from Women as Visionaries (which also led to a very synchronistic mastermind session about helping children – stay tuned in for more!)  this flowed into connecting with my shadow-side, breathing in possibility and expanding to new levels mid week with a helping hand from Freeman Michaels.  Leading to a VERY High Vibe catch up with Mr Michael Losier when I felt I had transitioned back into a state of Clarity, knowing ITS OK TO HAVE CONTRAST!  Contrast leads to Clarity – the greater the contrast the greater the shift to clarity…. Double PHEW!

So, my point or should that be points here today - Each one of us is just a traveler on the journey of life, sharing our experiences.  We ALL have a guru within us, an inner knowing we can tap into at any time.  When something is true to us we feel the lightness and brightness in our heart…..  We ALL have ups and downs – the duality of life. The Law of Polarity When we can see the beauty in all our faces and the faces of those around us we can truly start to be free. When we can accept everything we are creating and manifesting as well as accepting us for who we really are then life gets a whole lot easier.  Be Grateful for EVERYthing…..

Coming Back DOWN to Earth or Staying UP & HIGH on Life…..? feLIZ :)))))

It’s been a couple of weeks since I landed by from the City in the Sky, Machu Picchu, PERU-fect – put simply the TRIP of a Lifetime – the TRIP of my lifetime so far, thats for sure…. (& I know there are LOTs more to come!  YAY!)  I feel I really want to share something here with you today, it feels really important too….

Since landing back “home” I have felt unsettled, in between my ViBalicious ViBes and sharing I have felt a sense of something missing,  feeling a little emotional and tearful, until today I hadn’t quite put my finger on it all.   I know some of this is connected to the Breathwork and Re-Birthing I experienced too I will share more about this experience soon, I am still working through and clearing some “Old Stuff”.  Of course this feeling of sadness is wedged in between a deep sense of JOY and happiness for all the magic I experienced and continue to experience in life.  I am SO grateful for this, everything is unfolding wonderfully…..

With Contrast Comes Clarity – Like Night Ends and Day Arrives…..  Phew!  (Interestingly the picture I have used for this blog post had a white daylight sky behind the graphics for some reason it showed up as black here on my post…….) We all have “darkness” to deal with – here’s to dealing with it much easier.  Thats the KeY

I just feel I have to share more about this upset I have been feeling and the realization I had today as I feel this may help you too…..  May lend you a KeY or just a hand UPwards…..

The loss I was feeling was the trying to say goodbye to the UP there HIGH on Life Liz who experienced a constant state of elation whilst experiencing all the magical experiences of PERU, the Shamans, Destiny – everything….

I was trying to do what I have always done after traditional “holidays” get back into a routine, get back to normal….. hummmmmm

I know that I am far from Normal, I also know that trying to fit myself back into the mold I had shaped before I left for PERU just wasn’t happening too…..   WHY Should we come back down to earth when we can have the highness of life everyday in everything we are doing.  It’s all about how we feel about what we are doing….. Really it is!

Like Wayne Dyer says – Change the Way You Look At Things and the Things You Look at Change.  Thats what happened to me during a wonderful walk out in nature this afternoon (Pacha Mama – Mother Earth) I was walking at the Bretton Sculpture Park (aKa Apu Bretton, as I renamed it during a Shaman ceremony)  I realized I can breathe in life, breathe in possibilities wherever I am.   I can be on earth – I can be down to earth in my manners, to be understood but my vibes can still be up there HIGH on Life…..  I am in control of how I feel 24-7 it’s up to me.    I can remain in this feeling of wonderment for life.  I can see everything with these new eyes I seem to have been given. Life in Technicolor!

Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!  This is IT!

Making peace with everything, loving everything – whatever the weather….. Seeing the good in everything – or as much as possible thats for sure…..  Thats the way I am traveling from now on…..

Just as I started to type this article here today my LOA iPod shuffle played the King – Elvis – Pocket full of rainbows and I remembered what I learnt on my last day in CuZcO – feLIZ = HappY!!  feLIZ feLIZ feLIZ!!!!

Yes I am happy, I CHOOSE the HIGH LIFE  & Yes YeS YES I have a Pocket FULL and overflowing with Rainbows

I also remembered the “Elvis” connection we had on the way to Machu Picchu – let me share the picture and of course the beautiful song from the King himself…. Maybe just for this moment I can be his Queen (wink wink!)

SooPer DooPer Rampage of Gratitude & LOVE to YOU ALL :))))))))

Thank YOU SO Much!

I am SO grateful that I have time to be here today sharing this magical, bubbling, vibe-alicious rampage of gratitude with you all…….

Today I fly out to Peru – Machu Picchu – The City in the Sky – I am absolutely bubbling up with EXcitement and LoVe for life which I don’t think I have ever felt SO strongly before this day.   I am so EXcited SO GRATEFUL and SO OVerFLOWING with total happiness for life right now – If I could type this whilst shouting it from the roof of my house I would…. GooSeBuMps ALL Over!…. LoL  ;)  EnjoY!

I am eternally grateful for all the wonderful people in my life right now as well as the wonderful people who have crossed my path until now.  I thank everyone for the gifts they have brought me, lessons they have taught me, LoVe and support they have offered me, guidance given, awakening moments shared, LOAinaction moments celebrated, all the ViBes online offline any-line.  The coffees shared – virtual ones too & the real sense of knowing in the resonance with such fabulous people as YOU.  Thank YOU. ThanK YOU THANK YOU

In this present moment right here right now I am grateful for my well feelings, for the great improvement in my health and my own outlook on life.  I am grateful I have made peace with the inner Liz, the one I may have tried to hide in the past  - the quirky, dippy, chubby little 10 year old girl who talks FAR TOO MUCH!  The one who wants to sing and dance and tell everyone how amazing life really is, the one who wants to shake people and say “Wake UP!  COme and play Life IS Amazing!  Enjoy it!  Enjoy every moment and play this magical game with me! Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!”    I thank her – little inner Liz – The one who doesn’t always say the right thing or the best thing I celebrate she is the one who tries, who will always keep on keeping on no matter what.  The one who helps me to smile through the tears and gain courage and strength from any situation seeing the positives shine through and holding onto that childlike love for life.  I love this Liz SO Much and I am SO grateful she is with me all of the time now.  I am grateful I feel I can let her shine with me.   OOOOOOOO that felt and feels SO good.  Weeeeeeeeee I LOVE ME!  (Love YOU TOO ) YOU are amazing  We ALL ARE…….

I am SO grateful I can share this here today – I am grateful I now feel I can share my heart and soul on here to such wonderful people as YOU.  I am grateful I magnetize such fantastic situations into my life!  I am SO SOOPER Grateful I am on my way to Peru today!  HOW COOL this all is…. I have bubbles of gratitude flowing out to everyone and everything which helped me reach this point and I know like I know like I KNOW that this Destiny event with I am attending will be an amazing nugget of my magical journey in life. OOOOOO yes!  This it it!  I am on my way heyheyyyyyyyyy!

I am also very very VERY (did I say enough verys?????) LOL) EXcited about all the Fantabulously delicious things I am coming back to SO many FABulous Law of Attraction connections, people, Guru’s, Game players, life livers, seminars, workshops, connections, friends, clients, business partners, online peeps, offline peeps, any peeps – YOU are ALL AMAzing and I LOVE YOU!  Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

The POW POW POWer of Positive Feelings – This is Shocking Stuff!

Shocking Stuff!

The Power of Positive feelings…. Shooting through your body, everything is going swimmingly, you are on top of the world….  That delicious feeling you get when things are click click clicking into place.

OOOoooooo It feels SO wonderful doesn’t it.

I felt more that just positive energy flowing through my body today when I had a minor incident of electrocution from my toaster!  It shocked me across the kitchen, bread flying in the air and sent me a whiter shade if pale until I saw the funny side of it, stopped and took count that I am manifesting EveryThing in my life.  I am taking full ownership, full responsibility, I am not taking my life on a lease deal, I own it and I am responsible for what happens.

We manifest EveryThing in our lives.  Good or Bad.  Everything….  Law of Attraction is ALWAYs working.

Hope this doesn’t come as too much of a “shock” to you.  I know I found it hard to swallow when the crap was (and still sometimes is) hitting the fan in my life.

So back to the electrocution incident (not that I want to give it too much more focus energy and attention – we all know where we put our focus energy and attention grows and then grows some more…..  OOps!)  I can see both sides, I’ve been feeling a little out of balance with some health issues recently and may have spent a little too much time focusing (and feeling sorry for myself) about it yesterday afternoon – so I get that the UniVerse was attempting to Shock me out of this thought pattern, thats cool.  I hear electric shock treatment is a great way to get rid of negative ViBes….

I also get that I have been doing a massive amount of personal growth work on myself lately.

If you have been following me you will know this means jumping into the Positive VoRteX  as much as I can, cleaning up my ViBes, taking the bounce, having fun, laughing lots and letting go you know the score, life is supposed to be easy and fun.  I have been getting into the wonderously good feeling place SO much sometimes I feel like I am living in the Truman Show (or would that be LizMan / LizWoman Show) more than what “real life” is supposed to be about  (i.e. struggle and strife….)  Everything I need is showing up like magic, instant manifestations and the lot.  Its been blowing my mind.

I think I reached a tipping point last weekend when I completed reading Choosing Easy World for the second time (TY to Julia – LoVe Easy World) and the UniVerse via my subconscious negative ViBes (and maybe a few conscious ones too DWD as Julia would say) thought enough is enough this wonder woman needs some SHIT to deal with….

So I am dealing with it.  I am seeing the positive in everything now.  I figure if we can see the best of everything which is sent into our lives then life really will be easy.  It’s not about changing everything, moving to a better place in life.  Its about making peace with where we are.  I get that SO much now.  Yay! I have known this for sometime now, I have been helping others with this in my coaching.  It seems that I wasn’t always practicing what I was preaching!  Double OOps!  (at least I am being honest here…LoL)

Another funny point to mention I had just finished reading “This book will save your life” by A M Homes so some focus energy and attention on those words must have helped too…

Guess I have an even more electric personality now and lots more ViBes running through me!! YoU gotta look on the Bright and Sparkly side (no pun intended!)

What Pebble Are You Throwing in the Pond?

The ripple effect.  The Flow if life.  Everything is energy.  Moving flowing unfolding moment by moment….

What pebble are you throwing into the pond of life?

Is it a smooth one which will easily skim over the waters creating beautiful ripples as it goes or is is a big clunky hard edged pebble ready to splash pond water all over anyone stood nearby and most likely annoy the ducks too…..?

Be honest now….

Think about the words you use, the energy you give out, the ViBes you emit as you go about your day.  Are you positively effecting life around you or the opposite?

Are you even throwing any pebbles out there at all – how are you contributing to life?

A great way to understand the kind of pebbles you are throwing into the pond of life is to take a look at the splashes of life around you.  Hows life treating you right now?  How many wonderful things are happening in your life right now?

The purpose to living a life of purpose is to be of service.  To become a pioneer of positive change – whatever that means to you.

It could be something as simple as smiling more.  Sprinkling a little of your magic here and there with a positive quote or a helping hand for someone who needs a lift up.  Lead by example and become a positive being who uplifts others, the more you do this the more positives you will attract then what do you think happens?  It snowballs and life becomes SO much fun you start to ooze positive energy….  You will be skimming those beautiful pebbles all over the place.  The ripples of positive energy flowing back into your life ❤

Another great point to keep in mind too – The alignment of just one person is more powerful than the misalignment of 1000s of others – Abraham Hicks.  Forget what may be going off around you and align yourself with the right kind of pebble
