What to do about those pesky “Worry Beans”

Guidance coming through……

Why when the great things happen do the “worry beans” appear? What are the next best steps to take to keep flowing on easy stream?

Its all good when you believe it to be. You are doing really really well its more about accepting things to be so well. How willing are you to live a magnificent life? How willing are you to accept that life can be this great all the time…..?

When things start to click into place you have to accept this into your life and be willing for more of the same to keep on happening ~ take your foot off the pedal ~ take time to celebrate the amazing things which are showing up and unfolding in your life. Take time to appreciate it show gratitude ~ writing and journal it gives it wings as well as you having those very same wings to keep on flying high…..

Its ok for life to be easy ~ its ok for life to be fun ~ the more fun you have the more the magic happens and the more the magic happens the easier it gets and so on and so on…..

You are experiencing wonderful cleansing right now you are gaining great clarity with which comes great manifestations ~ yes the BIG ones which blow you away ~ yes the things you have been asking for for which may seem like a long time….. Time is just an illusion these things were always here now in this moment you are aligning ~ keep going you are doing a wonderful job (is job the right word….) hummmmmmm ~ you are having wonderful fun playing the games of life ~ yes thats it! Keep on playing the wonderful game of life and have fun!

What should I do?

Start from where you are right now and let the past go – release it
start from right here right now
there only really is this present moment
remember the present ~ the gift ~ this is your lift
so from the right here and now think about your gifts
think about how wonderful you are, how far you have travelled to be here today
let go of the past journey and feel the ease as you do that
bless everyone who crossed your path send them your heartfelt love and use all the wonderful techniques you know to allow youself to release what no longer serves the more connected higher vibrational you….

Asking ~ Believing ~ Receiving & The Path of Least Resistance….. ♥

What would it take for everything to be ok?

For you to relax, for you to believe, for you to know everything is already ok….

Ok, How do I do that?

Just do it, make the choice, make the decision to know and feel that everything IS ok…. When you think it so then it will be so….

What are my next best steps to take?

Follow your own inner guidance, cherry pick from those that are sent into your life, take the best of the best and expect it too.  You will always attract the ideal people for each step of your journey, trust this process and be open to who comes in and out.  Each and every person brings you more and more knowing from the inspiration and from the lessons you learn.

Do more of the things you love, the things which resonate with you and YOU know exactly what they are in your heart.

At this time of “awakening”  you know full well that which no longer “sits” with you, your feelings show you.  Tune into the centre of each and every one of your feelings.

Ask ~ Does this feel good to me?  Is this the next best step to take on the path of least resistance?

Believe ~ Know that you ARE an amazing being and you can be do and have anything you desire.  Notice the first 2 letters of BElieve – BE, first of all BE that being.

Recieve ~ Your dreams and desires are ready for you to recieve your job is only of one thing – to align.  Align vibrationally and everything will flow in as if by magic.

You are completely and deeply loved, appreciated and accepted.  Your light shines bright and will illumiate the way for many.  if your light is dim replenish and refresh it in what ever way feels great to you.

You are completely supported, you are completely cared for and all is very very well ~ everything is unfolding perfectly.

11.11.11 BIG Leaps F.E.A.R & Excitement ~ Whats in it for you?

Spread Your Wings and Fly High.....

This is the start of a very special week, new paths, fresh starts, its all happening for all of us….   Time to spread your beautiful wing and fly high…. FAB Friday is 11.11.11 ~ I am certain you know on heart and soul level this is a special day ~ we are all flowing together. Have you played the numbers game? I know you will love it! ))))))

The 3 C’s! With Contrast Comes Clarity with Clarity Comes CHOICE…..

When you know what you don’t want you can then flow towards that which you DO want….  Without knowing that which we don’t want how would we even know that which we DO want….. This is the first step  - Contrast to Clarity

Once we know what we DO want the next step – the next C is Choices!   We have to choose to flow towards that which we DO want.

Without making the choice and flowing with it we become stuck, I feel this is when our soul and spirit starts to cry out for movement as the UniVerse sends in even more contrast….  Our intuition knows BEST every single time because our ViBes are attracting whatever comes into our lives.  If we aren’t following through with that which we know we should do we leave ourselves wide open to attract more “Stuck-ness” and of course more CONTRAST! eek!

I have just made a BIG change in my own business, its something I have been putting off for a while.  I found myself stuck in a routine.  I found myself  ”doing what I thought I ought to do” rather than what I knew I should be doing for the greater good, specifically my greater good and the greater good of those around me.  I was enjoying 50/50 of what I was experiencing, hoping things would start to improve and flow more towards the 80/20 in my favor…..

It just wasn’t happening and the UniVerse just kept sending more contrast my way.  As a great connection and friend of mine would say I was being “Bitch Slapped” by the Universe – thank YOU Jolene for your reminders and wake up calls – keep shining YOUR light!

“When you don’t listen to your intuition, the Universe tends to B*tchslap you…& if you keep ignoring it, it slaps you more & harder…Just giving you a heads up….basically listen to your intuition or prepare for some slapping from the Universe! & it can REALLY hurt sometimes…just sayin’…..” Jolene Setterfield

I have decided to put my full energy, attention and focus upon my own Coaching, Workshops, Seminars, FULL Time LizBiz ViBe Spreading around the World and Back and I intend to travel it in person as well as on the internet!! WHOOHOO!  Since being involved in Organizing Micheal Losiers event here in the UK I have also remembered how passionate I am about organizing events, planning and bringing people together.  COnnecting people.  AHHHHhhhh Thats feels GOOD!  Lighter than a light thing thats really really bright and light  I am ready, this is it!  World Here I COME!

So, there are my vibes, I hope you can feel the energy of how wonderful I feel coming through so that you can have more confidence to make the choices which should be made in your life.

When we follow our own personal truth it feels Light – Our hearts open and we know like we KNOW we are on the right path.  Each of our paths is different, personal to us, to our passions our true purpose in life.  It’s at times like this when we know what we should be doing.  This is our time to choose.

OMGosh…. I am being reminded of one of my Fave films from my clubbing years – Trainspotting!  CHOOSE LIFE!

There you go!  CHOOSE LIFE! Whatever that means to you, go for it…. It’s only 24 hours since I made my difficult choice and cut some ties since which PURE MAGIC has been flowing into my life….. & do you know what…… I am expecting lots and lots more of it! WHOOHOO!

I remember a saying from what I was a kid, Watch your P’s & Q’s – Lest change this to watch your C’s C’s & C’s…..  Contrast = Clarity = CHOICE
