How to Let Go of Habits and Limits Which Hold You Back……

Float on a Wave of Love ~ All IS Well.....

As you start to FEEL better the circumstances around you will start to mirror your feelings ~ you always see a reflection of  you and your vibes so once you turn it around and focus upon how you do want to feel your world will reflect this….  If you have felt “stuck” in negative contrast this fast turn around can seem un~nerving ~ relax this is just your ego ~ your negative monkey mind chatter trying to hold you back with its current limits…. Over the years habits have formed ~ habits to hold you back in a limited reality…..  Now is the time for these habits to fall away ~ its an inside job….  Appreciate and love the positive results as they flow in ~ trust that more will come as if on angels wings

Imagine you are floating up high in the beautiful sky ~ carried along by love ~ peace ~ calm ~ protection ~ all is well ~ you are safe ~ breathe in the freshness of life…. Breathe it all in….

When any limiting beliefs arise or you feel you may be restricting yourself  take yourself to this place…. You may notice you restrict your breath as you restrict your happiness sometimes ~ remember to breathe ~ expand out into the world in your minds eye ~ expand out to the size of the earth then the universe ~ to infinity and beyond ~ breathe it ALL in ~ You ARE this Powerful ~ You ARE an Amazing infinite being ~ ANYthing IS possible….

When you get on an upward flow and the magic starts to happen allow it and expect even more ~ Breathe it ALL in & Ask your magical universe ~ What else is possible?

What to do when things feel Bad, Uncomfortable and Kinda Wrong……

Without knowing the things which you no longer want how would you know what you do want?

Without having the negative feelings how would you know how great it feels to feel that delicious positive happy energy?

Sometimes it can feel bad, uncomfortable and kinda wrong when the things which no longer serve you start to fall away, this includes  the feelings, emotions and cycles you may be caught up in.  This is the most important time to gain clarity ~ to clean up your vibes and focus upon what you do want and where you do want to be going rather than that which is feeling bad and wanted to fall away….. Let go ~ Let go ~ Let go…….

Allow the unwanted things, the feelings, the stuff, the habits, patterns and routines to be acknowledged, accepted and allowed ~ that which we resist persists ~ accept and love this part of you ~ with allowance comes powerful clarity and with powerful clarity comes powerful positive manifestations…..

Without the dark how would there be light?  Even the tiniest bit of light can light up your whole world…. Know that all is well and you are completely loved and safe here ~ breathe relax allow….

What are the next best steps to take in 2012 & how can we allow abundance in every area of our lives?

Know that you are completely loved & safe here.  You are exactly where you are supposed to be in life.  Your journey is unfolding beautifully.  Trust the process of life.  For the points in your life you DO NOT like are wonderfully creating the points you DO like.  Rockets of desire being launched.  Continue to clean up your vibes each and every day as you flow steadily towards more and more of the things, feelings and emotions you do desire and require in your magical life.  Your life IS magical and so are YOU!

However your life may appear to be in your current illusion as it may be ~ call it the “movie of your life” ~ it is all good…. Really it is

You really are so loved, safe, protected

Breathe, Relax, Allow

Let your shoulders drop ~ let your body flop ~ Let Go Let Go Let Go

Are you willing to allow the old notion of abundance being about money to flow and go?  For today as much as you can and moving forward let go of the closed fist’ed heavy needs and wants for actual money ~ see the money as the energy it actually just is.  We could trade in rocks or beads, goats or beans.  It matters not its is all energy…. Energy of exchange ~ we give it its value….  We make it weigh heavy on our own minds…..

What would it take for you to be abundant in all area’s of your life?

Start to see abundance all around you…. Abundance is everything. The Warmth of the sun shining on a hot day.  The fresh crisp breeze blowing gently on your forehead.  The sound of the birds chirping.  The beauty of the buds budding.  Beautiful abundant mother nature providing for each and every one of us 24/7 ~ all of the time ~ every second of every moment of every day YOU are surrounded by this abundance.  Just like the law of attraction in action flows abundance flows in the same way too…..  The more you spot the abundance ~ the more you appreciate it and flow love to it the more abundance flows to you….

Go general ~ let go of your closed fist’ed heavy wants and needs which comes from a place of lack of NOT having therefore creating more lack and NOT having…..

Go general and come from a place of Love, Appreciation and Abundance in the universe flow of life ~ this is the MAGIC of LIFE

Start to see the abundance all around you.  Right on your doorstep.  The air you breathe, the clothes on your body, the body that carries your soul and spirit, your beautiful body housing you!  The food you eat, the drinks you drink, the house you live in, the car you drive, the transport you use, the computer you are reading this from ~ the connectivity you have all around the world!  How amazing this all is!

Start to recognize the abundance in everything everyday ~ love and appreciate it ~ go into the finer details ~ rampage about how wonderful it really all is ~ YOU are an abundant being!

Guidance flowing ~ What are our next best steps to take….

What are our next best steps to take in 2012 ~ How can we best prepare for the next season which is about to arriving….

Remember this is your year of personal power energy, this is about you being true to who you really are on a heart and soul level…. When something is calling you follow this, trust your inner guidance and knowing which is leading you on the best possible path right now…. When something seems “off”  feels heavy or doesn’t appear to be working know that you need to let this fall away or make a smooth transition to that which better suits you at this time in your life.  You know what this is….. Your heart will let you know…. You always know best for you ~ you know the truth for you ~ Ask the right questions and you will receive the perfect answers…..

Sometimes you may feel worried about making changes and try to keep on the path which is familiar to you, the path which may be more comfortable…. Now is a very important time to understand it will best serve you to do that which you always wished you had ~ maybe in this lifetime or others ~ you have a soul purpose which you are now ready to fulfil….. Be certain that you can bring it into your existing lifestyle in a calm fulfilling and easy way when you believe you can….. The truth is anything can be easy when you believe it to be so…. Change your thoughts ~

Change your story ~ this is all it is ~ A STORY…..  Start to tell your story of that which you DO want, be mindful of what past stories are surfacing and be willing to let these go too ~ they no longer serve you….  Pick the perfect story for you and flow from the present moment forwards knowing ANYthing and EVERYthing IS possible when you believe it to be so…. Change your thoughts to that of ease and joy ~ expect smooth transitions into the life your truly should be living at this stage in your evolution.  NOW is the time ~ the new season is on its way…..  What you believe to be your reality will be your reality ~ believe it see it  ~ more so NOW than ever….

Spring is springing, lightness is flowing in.  Your way is getting much clearer ~ open your eyes and be aware of the changes around you.  Just as the birds are singing their magical song as the sun rises and sets you should be singing your magical song too ~ start to rise easy and rise early….  Start to breathe it all in, breathe in the beauty of life ~ notice the buds opening to reveal beautiful flowers adding splashes of colour all around ~ start to allow your buds to open and your colour to splash out into each and every day…..  As the flowers bring a smile to everyone’s face and let us know new growth is happening you too can do the same….  Know that you are growing ~ evolving ~ changing ~ flowing towards who you really are!   Set your intentions before you sleep at night and rise easy knowing that your days can be filled with the joy and happiness you so desire…. You can co-create the kind of month you DO want to have alongside your magical universe ~ get clear about the kind of month you DO want to have and allow it to happen…..

Just like the caterpillars liquefied into their chrysalis will soon become butterflies you too are starting to emerge ~ trust the process ~ even if it feels uncomfortable ~ work on your personal development everyday and allow yourself whatever you feel best serves you during this period of time….. Just like you clean your body each day do the same with your vibration ~ this is a process of cleaning and clearing the way ~ You are cleaning your wings ready to fly! Be gentle with yourself and allow whatever is coming up and out to float away to allow you to spread your magical wings and start to fly the way you always intended to…..

Are you being who you REALLY are? Guidance to uplift you…..

When certain things in your life fall by the wayside this means they no longer serve you, they no longer serve your greater good and in turn the greater good of those around you.   NOW is the time to be really true to you, this is the year for great personal clarity. This is the year to follow your heart and soul passion every step of the way, to tune into what you REALLY desire in life and more importantly to be who you REALLY are.    The more you can shine your true and natural light out in the world the brighter your life will become.    As you hear these words here today you will know of the things which are ready to leave your life, you will have awareness of the old and outdated ways you may have been “trying” to hold onto for fear of what may happen if you let go.

Trust the process know that you are in the perfect place at the perfect time, however mixed up life may sometimes feel know that you are loved and all is well. Fear is the very same energy as excitement – start to become excited about all these magnificent changes which are happening. Start to shift your thoughts and feelings to that of a playful and childlike energy ~ excited to see how everything unfolds….. Get clear & get excited about the wonderment of what magical things can happen so you can finally live the life you truly desire – Life IS supposed to be fun, its supposed to be easy! If you are unable to do this or think this way – clean up – clean up your vibes! Be honest with yourself….

Trust that as you clean up your vibes more and more and gain clarity even in the most up and down situations you will be moving up the vibrational scale each time getting clearer and clearer about what you DO want. Keep on keeping on knowing all is well whatever it is you have the tools within you to be able to stay in flow. Now is a very important time to do your own daily spiritual practices – look at these spiritual practices as your suit of amour to protect you on your life journey. Whatever your own personal practices are you will know them from within you, your heart will lead you. Follow this….. Be sure to notice the signs your magical universe sends you to open you up to the best practices for you ~ the books you are led to, the people who help you, coach you and inspire you, the places you discover, workshops, courses, training you require ~ just like being here today, this is all opening you up to your most magnificent life – your most magnificent you! Trust this process….

Tune into your heart and come from a place of love with whatever situations arise during this coming month, know that all is well and you are loved know that by coming from a place of love and using this loving energy you can start to make important shifts in your own life and the direction you are now taking. Flow loving energy to every situation ~ forgive and clean up the negative contrast & love the lessons you are learning ~ appreciate it all and accept it all for it is this which makes you the person you are right now. This is your magnificent life in the right here and now ~ your life to love and the more you love life the more it loves you back!

2012 Guidance ~ NOW is the time to come together! Why? Read this……

2012 is a year of co-creation with your spiritual team.  A year to connect with your inner divine guidance, a year to connect with your magical universe, & YOUniverse!  A year to connect with like minded people in resonance with whom you “ping” the same tuning fork, coming together in community, friendship and love in the virtual world, the spiritual ethereal world and in the “real” world here on earth at this time.

2012 is your year of personal power energy.  This is your time to take back your own truths, your very own and very unique self who knows exactly what the best steps are to take in each particular moment, on each of life’s winding paths.  When you are in your own personal power the steps you take will be easier, they will be clearer.   It may not always feel this way which in turn means it is even more important for you to follow this guidance.   As you start to listen to the guidance and co-create for your highest good and higher good of your magical universe life will get really really exciting!

Are you ready?  This is it!  Now is the time to let go of your old programming, old ways of living which no longer serve you.  Your vibes and inner feelings will give you the indications, when you feel heavy know that this feeling comes from something which no longer serves you.  When you feel light know that this feeling comes from your spirit and soul letting you know you are on the right path, letting you know you are connected to source, to divine, to you own unique self in your personal power energy.

When you experience negative “heavy” situations rather than the challenge you can now choose to reframe and take the opportunity to grow and get back in flow by “cleaning up” there is an endless amount of permission slips, methods, practices and processes to clear up negative contrast.  Make use of all the methods you know and learn more during 2012, fill up your bag of magic tricks and know that as the heavy negative contrast comes up now is the time to face it.  Rather than push the corks back down into the deep dark depths of the cold harsh waters allow them to pop up one by one with willingness to accept them, love them, forgive them, thank them, clean them up and and let them go.   Be willing and ready.   This will clear your path for your true life path to shine through, a lighter way with a much brighter light……

Its all ok, its all good, its all right, its just how it was meant to be, how you KNEW it would be.  You are an emotional being and your emotions should be experienced.   Allow it all ~ accept it all ~ flow love to it all….. You are completely loved and safe here, breathe, relax, allow & remember how powerful you really are ~ also remember the lightness is the truth to you.  If it feels light its right ♥

Why OH Why all the UPs and DOWNS? Guidance flowing……

This last few weeks has been a rollercoaster of emotions for many, myself included ~ I was co-creating with some wonderful friends earlier and found myself asking the following to which instant guidance came a knocking ~ I wanted to share as I feel this will resonate with you…..

Why I am having such BIG UPs and Downs in my emotions right now….? & What are the best steps to take over this holiday season and into 2012?

With any great clearance comes a storm, the weathers crash around us to make way, the waters run in rapids along the ground to forge new paths on which we can walk.  Now is the time to keep hold of your umbrella handle and float around any chaos which is happening, the more you can stay connected and alert to your higher purpose the easier you will ride this storm….

These emotions you have been feeling lately are your own inner storm, the inner turmoil of which way to turn knowing this is your time to break loose from old limiting patterns you have created, as you start to let these patterns go, as you start to expand, the rapids within you are hitting harder to clear your paths.  The rain turns into hail and the pain can sometimes feel so intense you wonder if this is how its meant to be….

This is the most important time to allow these rains fall all around you, to allow yourself to be cleansed from the inside out, to be willing to accept and love whatever is coming up and out.  Just as the hail stones melt when they hit the decks your painful emotions will melt away when you let go and go with this flow….  Tap into your great big bag of tricks and use the processes you know and love to help you flow through this contrast….

You are reaching new levels of awareness thusfore sheding light on the less than positive emotions of yourself and those around you which were once more accepted, now you have become heightened to the sensations of life you are reaching for more and more of the better feeling emotions more and more of the time.  Know that these better feeling emotions can happen right here right now ~ you are in total control.  Remember the better you feel the better those around you will too ~ everything is a reflection of you in the mirror of life….

You dictate your level of emotions rather than the circumstances dictating.  Change the way you are seeing everything and start to see with new clearer eyes.  Choose wisely and make the most of every moment by choosing to love it and see the gifts and lessons in it all….

Its all ok, you are loved, you are safe and you are a beautiful creator in your life.  Many are going through this time of change as we flow towards 2012,  now is the time to get out your vibrational umbrella and imagine yourself popping on your favorite star covered wellies to dance with this storm and realise your own true personal power….

Now is the time to completely and deeply love and accept yourself, those around you and all of the life situations you are experiencing…..  Flow LOVE to everything and everyone over these coming weeks….

Forging Forward with Grace…..

Guidance coming….

With 2012 on the way now is the time to keep on keeping on.  You may feel that many obstacles are along your path right now, more than ever this is the time to hold onto your torch of light and keep shining it really really bright….

Now is the time for courage on your part, courage to set your sights higher than you may once have dared, courage to truly follow your heart even if at times you are fearful to do this, know that the feelings are just an illusion you create to try to hold yourself back and stay small….

Turn those feelings of fear into excitement to venture once again into the unknown ~ knowing in your heart and soul that all is well.

Breathe through whatever comes up, the good and the bad, the negative contrast and the positive clarity.  This is a time of clearance, clearing the way for brighter days when your inner torch will shine brighter than you could have ever imagined….

Accept it all, love it all, bless it all, know that you have the courage to flow past anything on your path of life.  Remember how powerful you really are….  Be at ease and be graceful about it all…..

Letting Go of Worries…..

I was up early this morning, it was snowing and I felt a real sense of clarity…. Guided to share…..

As the winter comes and the clouds fill with the weight of the frozen waters ready to sprinkle the beautiful snow flakes to the earths surface you too sometimes feel heavy with the weight of your worries…..

When you start to let go of the worries and the weight of things which may be holding you back it may feel like you could hit the ground, a part of you wants to hold onto the familiar feeling of contrast. A part of you wants to remain heavy. This is the most important time to let go. When you do you will see the beauty that flows forth from you. Your emotions will once again become the energy in motion within the universal flow.

You will once again be connected and as you continue on this journey of release, you will be light, you will feel bright. Those around you will see your beauty.

Just like each and every snowflake which falls we are completely unique and beautiful. Sometimes we tumble and fall and feel like we want to melt away. Just as the snow does when the warmth comes we can choose to accept the changes, melt with ease, become one with those around us and flow like water…..
